and Parking
Where
is the theatre located? We
are located at the corner of First and Hargadine Streets in Ashland,
one block up the hill from the Ashland Springs Hotel.
If
driving from the south, take the second Ashland exit. Turn left on
Highway 66, right on Siskiyou Boulevard, left on Second Street, right
on Hargadine.
If
driving from the north, take the first Ashland exit. Turn left on
Highway 99. Once in the downtown area, turn right on First Street.
Where
do I park? Parking
is free on street and in the city lot located a short block from the
Cabaret on Second Street. There is a self-serve pay parking lot located
on Hargadine: $1 all day until 6pm; $1/hour evening -- $3 max.
Is
there handicapped parking? There
is a handicapped parking space located at the corner of First and
Main Streets. However, you might find it more convenient to use our
15-minute parking space located directly in front of the theatre at
the corner of First and Hargadine for loading and unloading.

What
are your hours of operation? Our
box office is open daily 11-2pm and 3-6pm except Sundays when we open
at 4pm and Tuesdays when we are closed. Between shows: call the box
office. Curtain times for all evening performances are 8pm; Sunday
matinees at 1pm.
What
if I am late? Sorry,
for safety reasons as well as consideration of other patrons, there
is no late seating at the Cabaret.

do I buy tickets?
There
are 5 ways to purchase tickets: Walk-up, phone, fax, mail, and online
reservation request form. Our box office phone is (541) 488-2902.

How
do I order season subscriptions or flex
passes? Season
subscription tickets and flex passes go on sale mid-November. They
can be ordered in any of the above ways (See How do I buy tickets?
above.)
How
do I make a dining reservation?
When
you are booking your tickets by phone, you will be asked if you would
like a dining reservation. If booking by the order form located in
our season brochure, please indicate dining by checking the appropriate
box. Our convenient online ticket request form provides for dining
reservations as well. You may also choose to add a dining reservation
to an existing reservation at a later date by phoning the box office.
How
do I purchase a gift certificate?
Oregon
Cabaret Theatre gift certificates are available in any denomination
and are good indefinitely. Gift certificates can be used toward tickets,
dining and beverages.

certificates can be purchased 3 ways: walk-up, phone or online.

Groups
How
do I book a group?
We
offer discounts to groups of 20 or more. School groups are welcome
at the Cabaret. We offer post-show discussions with the cast.
Policies
What
are your booking policies?
Refunds/Cancellations
- No refunds, cancellations or exchanges within 7 days of performance.
Exchanges
- There is an exchange fee of $3 per transaction.
Weather
policy - We will refund, less a $2 per ticket cancellation fee,
if you need to cancel due to emergency weather conditions.

Is there a dress code?
There
is no dress code.
Are
children welcome? Most
shows are appropriate for children over 5 years old. Check with the
box office regarding suitability of any specific production. No babies,
please. We expect children to be supervised while in the theatre.
